The Kennebec Regional Development Authority (KRDA) is the lead public economic development entity in Central Maine. Our jurisdiction stretches from Moosehead Lake to Merry Meeting Bay, and as the only state-created regional development authority we take a regional approach to business creation and investment. KRDA works closely with the Central Maine Growth Council, the lead private economic development entity in Central Maine, making us your one-stop shop for development and investment. KVCOG is a municipal services corporation owned and operated by and for the benefit of its members. KVCOG helps its members to deliver cost effective and efficient municipal services, to create a more stable, growing, and diversified regional economy, to improve transportation and communication, and to preserve our natural environment through conservation of resources and wise land use planning and decision-making.
